We had an amazing experience on our Kashmir trip booked through Visit Valley. The tour operators Zahera and Abbas were really helpful and catered to our every need promptly. They allotted us comfortable stays with good heating. Abbas even brought a cake to celebrate my birthday in the hotel premises. The driver Javed Ahmad requires special mention, as he went overboard with his impeccable service and suggested us the best places for shopping as well. To be honest, I have never experienced this kind of hospitality before. Their love, care and kindness touched our hearts. Kashmir is a place you would be tempted to visit multiple times. We would definitely choose Visit Valley for our next visit to Kashmir, hopefully soon.

Thank you Abbas for crafting such a beautifully planned Kashmir experience for us. We left our luggage in Gulmarg and driver went back all the way in heavy rains and got our one bag back. He was not accepting the fuel charges also. They reflected great attention to personal touch .
