Tour Packages — Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely! All our packages are fully customizable. You can add or remove destinations, change hotel categories, add activities, or modify the duration. Just tell us your preferences on WhatsApp, and we'll create your perfect itinerary.
We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before the trip. For cancellations between 3-7 days, a 25% fee applies. Within 3 days, 50% of the amount is non-refundable. We also offer a one-time free date change option.
No, our package prices do not include flights. We cover accommodation, meals (as specified), transfers, and sightseeing. However, we can help you find the best flight deals to Srinagar.
Prices are per person on twin-sharing basis unless specified otherwise (like our honeymoon package which is priced per couple). Solo travelers and larger groups can get customized quotes.
We use well-maintained Innova, Ertiga, or Tempo Traveller vehicles depending on group size. All vehicles are sanitized and driven by experienced local drivers who know the Kashmir roads well.
We recommend all travelers get travel insurance before their trip. While we don't include it in our packages, we can suggest reliable travel insurance providers that cover Kashmir travel.
